Your anxious concerns over going to a new dental office are quickly soothed by Vicki, our office coordinator, who will always greet you with a pleasant smile. Vicki has proven to be a very enthusiastic, energetic, highly motivated person who enjoys working with the public. She speaks English and Punjabi and Hindi fluently. She comes with over 15 years of experience working in the Customer Service field, the last 10 years have been concentrated in the area of dentistry. Vicki is highly qualified and experienced in dealing with insurance companies to help patients to understand their insurance benefits.
Her compassionate and caring nature, her willingness to listen, make patients and staff comfortable and at ease. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the gym, and outdoor activities.
Sonali
DreamCrest Dental Care (Mississauga) Co-Ordinator & Level I Dental Assistant
Sonali is responsible for our Mississauga office running so smoothly. She will greet you with a pleasant smile and setup your appointments that can accommodate your personal schedule. She is friendly and extremely efficient, possessing knowledge our patients require with their many questions regarding treatment and insurance. Its a very complicated job dealing with hundreds of different insurance plans, Sonali will ensure that you receive all the benefits you are entitled to.

Level II Preventative Intra-Oral Dental Assistant
Ruby is our level II Dental Assistant at Dreamcrest Dental Care in Mississauga. She is fluent in English & Spanish languages. Ruby's cheerful nature and pleasant smile will put you at ease the very first time you meet her. She is a great asset to our team and fits in perfectly with our "Team Oriented care" concept. We work harmoniously in making patients feel comfortable and at ease during their dental treatment.

Level II Preventative Chairside Dental Assistant
Jasleen is our level II full-time chairside dental assistant at our Brampton office. She is a certified member of the NDAEB. She graduated from the Toronto School of Business.
Jasleen's soft energy and genuine spirit would captivate anyone. She truly believes in our quest to provide informative quality care and proves this daily in her thoughtful attitude and communication with the patients under her care. She is ready to fulfill the challenges and is willing to learn new information.
Urwa
Registered Dental Hygienist
Urwa is working as a dental hygienist at our offices. She is a member in good standing at the College of Dental Hygiene of Ontario as well as the Ontario Dental Hygiene Association. Her pleasant nature and cheerful nature would make you feel at ease the very first time you meet her. She enjoys treating each patient individually, giving them the highest quality of dental care, and seeing the results after a professional cleaning. Having a good rapport with patients, educating them on dental care, and maintaining good communication with them is important to her.

Leni is our office coordinator at Dentistry @ Main in Milton. She is also a certified Level ll Intraoral dental assistant. She is always ready to help patients and answer any questions they may have. She is also diligent, showing care and conscientiousness in her work and duties. Her years of dental experience in both the clinical and administrative areas allow her to be a great team player. She is passionate about her career and making patients feel comfortable. In her free time, she enjoys baking, being outdoors, and spending time with her family. She has over 10 years of experience in the dental field as a Dental Assistant, Dental Receptionist, and Dental Hygienist. She understands the importance of principles and practices of dental hygiene and the clinical management of our patients. She enjoys getting to know her patients and helping them to make their experience more relaxed and comfortable
